How to Make simple Healthy Sandwich

Ingredients

·         2 slices of white bread
·         2 Lettuce leaves
·         1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
·         1 Cheese slices
·         1 Bacon slices
·         1 fresh plum Tomato

Directions

1.       Toast the bread in a toaster
2.       Rinse and place the bacon on an empty pan also. Do not add oil to it as bacon is really fatty and the oil which would be released from the fried bacon would be more than enough to cook it on both sides.
3.       Cut up the tomato into thin slices, rinse the lettuce and set the cheese aside
4.       On a clean flat surface, arrange 2 bread slices in a row. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise over 1 side of each bread slice. For the first slice of bread, place the lettuce, some slices of tomatoes and cheese then top with the bacon and more lettuce, then cover with the final bread slice. Place the mayonnaise side down.

5.       Serve with hot or cold beverage.
