French 75 Champagne Cocktail



Ingredients :

1.       1 oz. gin
2.       1/2 oz. simple syrup
3.       1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
4.       dry sparkling white wine
5.       lemon twist for garnish

Directions:

·         combine gin, simple syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail strainer filled with ice
·         shake well to chill ingredients and strain into a champagne flute
·         top with sparkling wine and garnish with a twist of lemon

·         serve immediately
